The main users of Academic and Research Network of the Republic of Srpska are higher education institutions registered in the Register of higher education institutions
by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Srpska and research institutions registered in the Register of scientific research institutions by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Republic of Srpska.
